For a limited time only, the ASPCA is increasing Mobile Spay/Neuter Clinic efforts in the Ocean Hill section of Brooklyn and East Harlem in order to reduce the number of unwanted cat and dog litters who end up at city shelters. We are providing special discounts on spay/neuter procedures to residents of both neighborhoods.
