$100K Challenge Contestants Announced
Your voice was heard, loud and proud! And we are beyond thrilled to announce that the 103 shelters competing in this year’s $100K Challenge qualifying heat received a total of 766,904 votes from amazing supporters like you. From Bangor, Maine, to Yakima, Washington, animal lovers from coast to coast got out the vote and showed their support for cats and dogs in their communities. And now the time has come to announce our final contestants, those shelters that will move on to compete in this year’s contest.

Did you find a shelter near you? This year, we’re counting on you in a major way to help the shelter in your state or region win big on behalf of homeless animals. So start your engines, people; the official contest kicks off on August 1, when shelters will duke it out for three intense months to find more homes for more animals nationwide.
